Find your food freedom

IMG_1003 2.HEIC

Do you feel out of control with food… or like you’re never quite doing it right?

You try to eat well, be “good,” and stay in control,
but your mind is constantly busy with food.

What to eat, what not to eat…
and the feeling that you should be doing better.

Maybe you overeat, and try to be stricter again afterwards.

Or you’re often worried about gaining weight,
feeling like you should somehow fix yourself.

And underneath it all…
you feel tired, and a little confused.

Why can’t you just figure it out?
Find the right balance, finally feel good in your body, and stop thinking about it all the time?

I help women find a calmer, more trusting relationship with food, their body, and themselves, without dieting, strict rules, or needing more discipline.

Maybe you recognize yourself in this…

You think about food more than you’d like to admit.
Planning, adjusting, trying to get it right.

You can be “good” for a while,
eating healthy, staying on track, until something shifts.

Perhaps you overeat, or make choices you later regret.
And afterwards, you tell yourself you just need to be stricter again.

So you try: A new plan, a different approach, another set of rules,
hoping this time you’ll finally find the balance you’ve been looking for.

You might even understand what’s happening.
Maybe you’ve realized you’re emotionally eating.
You know what to do; or what should help,
but somehow, you can’t seem to get from knowing…

to actually feeling and doing it.

There’s often a quiet pressure underneath it all:
that you should be able to fix this.
That perhaps there’s something wrong with you,
you just haven’t figured out what, or how to change it yet.

And even if it doesn’t look that big from the outside, on the inside, it’s constant.

The thinking. The overthinking. Sometimes even thinking about the thinking, wanting it to just stop (believe me, I've been there).

And beneath all of this… there’s a deep desire to change your body.

To lose weight, maybe. To look different. Be better.

To finally feel more confident, more comfortable,
like you can relax, and just be okay as you are.

It can feel like that is the missing piece, right?
That if your body changed, everything else would fall into place.

But no matter how much you try to change it from the outside…
that feeling doesn’t seem to last, if you even 'get there'.

And maybe, more than anything… you just want some peace.
In your mind. In your body. In yourself. To FEEL good.

Knowing that loving yourself would help, doesn't actually DO anything

BIG NEWS:
This Actually Isn't About More Discipline

It might feel like you just need more control.
More structure. More consistency. The right plan.

Like if you could just “stick to it,” everything would finally fall into place. But if that were true… you would have solved this already.

Because you’ve tried. You’ve been disciplined, for a while. You know what to do. And yet, you keep ending up in the same frustrating patterns; often with an added layer of judgement on top.

But you are not failing. And nothing is wrong with you. Because this was never about willpower to begin with. You’ve been taught to believe the answer is in changing your body.

That being thinner, fitter, or more “in control” is what will finally make you feel good about yourself. So you keep trying to fix it from the outside. And over time, that creates a disconnection from your body, from what you actually feel, need, and want; intuitively.

So thankfully, the answer isn’t more discipline. It’s not another plan, or trying harder. It’s learning how to slow down, and understand what’s really going on underneath.

To rebuild trust with your body, instead of trying to control it.

That’s where real change begins.

Hi, I’m Eline

I’m a holistic dietitian and mental health coach, and I’ve spent over 10 years working with women around food, body image, and the deeper patterns underneath.

But more importantly, I’ve learned that most struggles with food are rarely just about food.

They’re about how you relate to yourself.
The pressure you feel.

And the way you’ve learned to cope, control, or keep going. I understand what it feels like when food takes up too much space in your mind. When you’re trying to do everything “right,” but it still never feels like enough.

In my work, I help you slow down and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, so change doesn’t come from forcing yourself, but from finally seeing yourself more clearly.

This is where things start to shift in a way that actually lasts. Not through more discipline.
But through understanding.

Why working with me is different

Most approaches focus on changing your behaviour first. Eating differently. Thinking differently. Doing more of the “right” things. But lasting change doesn’t start there. It starts underneath that layer.

That’s why I don’t give you a one-size-fits-all plan. Because you are not one-size-fits-all. I take time to really listen and understand what’s going on for you specifically,
not just what you’re doing, but what’s driving it.

Often, the real patterns are not the ones you can immediately see yourself.
They’re hidden in the pressure you carry, the beliefs you’ve picked up over time,
and the way you’ve learned to relate to yourself.

Together, we look at the root of what’s keeping you stuck, so change doesn’t come from forcing yourself, but from finally understanding yourself in a different way.

And because this work is deeply personal, it’s important that you feel truly seen and safe in the process. This is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you come back HOME to yourself.
